MUYE Terms of Use

Effective date: October 21, 2026. The Simplified Chinese version prevails.

Welcome to MUYE. These terms are an agreement between you and Yiwu Aolinai Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") about using the service. Please read them carefully; you can use the service only after you agree.

The service

MUYE offers medication reminders, dose records and tools for family caregiving. It is not a medical service and does not give diagnoses or medication advice. Take medicines as your doctor directs, and see a doctor if you feel unwell.

Accounts and care groups

• You sign in with your phone number and an SMS code. Please keep your phone safe.
• Your role is separate in each care group: you can take medicines in your own group and look after family members in others. A person can be the one taking medicines in only one care group.
• When you set up the service for a family member, you pay first and then link their phone number. Once linked, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If they decline, you can link another family member. They join only after they sign in and confirm.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are charged per care group, monthly or yearly, and shared by everyone in the group.
• Payment is made through Apple and renews automatically. To stop renewal, cancel in your Apple account's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds follow Apple's rules.
• After a subscription expires and its grace period ends, existing reminders continue, but medicines cannot be added or changed.

Reminders may be delayed

Reminders depend on your phone's notification settings, battery and network. We do our best to deliver them but cannot guarantee every reminder arrives on time. Please do not rely on the service as your only way to remember medicines.

Your content and conduct

Photos, messages and other content you upload remain yours; you allow us to store and process them to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content, harass others, or pretend to be someone else.

Ending the service and deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in "About & Help". If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or end the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delayed reminders or interrupted data caused by networks, devices, third-party services or other things outside our control.
