MUYE helps you take medicines on time and lets your family look out for you: reminders when a dose is due, a record of every dose, and an alert to family when one is missed.

I'm not getting reminders

• Open Settings → Notifications → MUYE on your iPhone, make sure notifications are allowed, and turn on Sounds and Lock Screen.
• A Focus (Do Not Disturb, Sleep and so on) can silence reminders. Add MUYE to the allowed apps in that Focus.
• Turn on Settings → General → Background App Refresh, and stay signed in to MUYE.

How do I invite family?

After subscribing, go to the Family tab, tap "Invite family" and send the invite code. Your family member enters the code in the app to join.

How do I set up the service for a family member?

On the Me tab, open the subscription page and choose "For someone else": pay first, then link your family member's phone number. Once linked it cannot be cancelled or changed. Reminders start after they sign in with that number and confirm.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are paid through Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose MUYE and cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Me → About & Help and request deletion. There is a 7-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel.
